Shipping & Returns
Our standard shipping rate is £6.00 (Inc VAT) for customers in mainland UK only, orders over £150 will get free shipping offered to them at checkout. Orders will be despatched within 48 hours via our reliable courier service.
Shipping is priced at £18.00 for the following postcodes:

BUSINESS TO BUSINESS
Products and services on this web site are promoted exclusively to business customers and by ordering on this web site we are assuming you satisfy these criteria. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that masks purchased are suitable for the purpose intended before purchase. No refunds, returns, or exchanges can be made except where products supplied are damaged whereby a replacement will be made. Any claims must be received within 7 days of receipt or 10 days of non receipt. No claims will be accepted after these dates. All claims must be made in writing and sent by recorded delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.
If you wish to return an item you must notify us in writing by fax, letter or email within 7 working days of receiving your goods. We do not accept cancellations by phone call. In crediting the customer, we comply with Distance Selling Regulations, 2000. This only applies to consumer purchases, not to business purchases.
Prices quoted exclude VAT. Prices are subject to change at short notice. Prices and descriptions are provided in good faith and you agree, using this site.
All payments are made in advance.
Standard delivery to the UK mainland is 2-3 days. Next day delivery to the mainland is also available. Delivery to NI, islands and remotes areas of Scotland delivery time are circa 2 days.
No refunds can be given on masks or health care products. It is agreed that it is the customer's responsibility to satisfy themselves that masks purchased are suitable for the task intended before making a purchase. Please do not ask us for advice as we are not qualified to give it. If in doubt, please contact your doctor.
NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PRODUCTS BOUGHT OVER THE CORONAVIRUS PERIOD. ALL PURCHASE ARE NON RETURNABLE DUE TO POTENTIAL HEALTH CONTAMINATION.
It is not possible to cancel your order once it has been shipped. If your order has not been shipped there is a cancellation charge of £50+ vat or 25% of the order value, whichever is greater.
Training: If the event being booked is 14 days or less from the date of confirmation, then there is no cooling off period and will still be charged for. Cancellations must be made in writing prior to 14 days before the training session.
DAMAGES, SHORTAGES OR NON DELIVERY
Damage or Short Delivery - Damage and/or shortages must be noted on carriers delivery sheet immediately and notice in writing given to Seller within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Non Delivery - Claims for non-delivery must be made in writing to the Seller within 10 days of the date of dispatch shown on the invoice.
An administration charge of £50+Vat will be charged if you return your order, or part, without our prior written agreement. Further charges for administration and/or disposal of your order will be incurred unless you arrange for collection or disposal of your order within 7 days of return. Please note that goods such as masks and respirators are exempt under the Sale of Goods Act due to their nature. All products must be returned in original packaging and in a resaleable condition. All returns must be authorised prior to return using the contact details below;
Our customer services department will then arrange a collection.
There is a charge of £16.95* per parcel for collection of returned goods or you can return the goods to us at your own cost. Any refund due excludes postal charge at £ 6.20 or at the stated rate on the order.

An admin charge of £ 20 will be made against any unauthorized returns/automatic returns where the courier has been unable to make delivery.
An administration charge of £50+Vat will be charged if you authorise your credit or debit card company to debit our account for any order without our written agreement first.
It is agreed that this or any contract that exists between us and the customer is governed by English Law and no other. It is agreed that any dispute or grievance between us and the customer be settled by arbitration any claim shall be limited to the cost of the products ordered.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
The majority of orders arrive next day however can in some instances outside our control take 1-3 days for delivery. If your purchase is urgent please contact us directly.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If the items cannot be delivered within 28 days we will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added
The company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption unpredented demand failure of electricity [or telephone service], and the Company will have a right to terminate any order contract in such circumstances.
