Sundstrom SR 500 Powered Air Unit
The Sundstrom SR 500 Powered Air Unit is capable of supplying the appropriate headpiece with up to 245 litres/ minute of filtered air, with a 13-hour operating time and 90-minute full charge cycle. Approved to the EN 12941:1998, EN 12942:1998 safety standards.
The Sundstrom SR 500 Powered Air Unit provides constant airflow of between 175-245 litres/ minute into the headpiece to ensure excellent comfort and ventilation. It takes just 90 minutes for the lithium batteries to become fully charged (13-hour operating time) and takes only 40 minutes to become 80% charged. It has obvious display signals and alarm signals and is equipped with automatic airflow control with compensation for air pressure and temperature. Filters can be combined and attached to apply adequate protection, with a total weight of 1350g. Moreover, it conforms to the EN 12941:1998, EN 12942:1998 safety standards.
